Why do I buy from these people?

This company gives themselves a 9 hour window where they expect their customers to sit around and wait for them... They then fail to deliver in that time. The guy rocks up late (after that 9 hour window), makes no effort to call or anything, and drives off saying that I wasn't home. If Checkers can give their customers some delivery tracking info, why can't Takealot? They'd probably save millions in wasted time and fuel.
