WHY DECLINE MY RETURN WITHOUT REASON WHILE YOU SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM??

I AM NOT GETTING HELP REGARDING MY RETURN BCZ THEY RESEND BACK WRONG ITEM.I BOUGHT R4000 samsung A26 5G ,but inside the box they put a kids pink tablet worth R1000 ,They not explaining why they are declining my return. I am very disappointed bcz the fault is on their side but now they are not forthcoming to resolve the matter, I'm sending it back again and see what will happen next,since November when I did the purchase until now it's dragging, why TAKEALOT, why TAKEALOT???????
