Why can't you deliver in time and communicate
I placed my order on the 5th of August 2026 and takealot was supposed to deliver on the 17 August 2026. They changed a date to the 18th. Till date my order is not ready for delivery and there is no communication from takealot. They charged R250 delivery fee for such a poor service.

18 Aug 2026, 22:04Takealot doesn't take customers serious. Earlier I complained about none delivery and poor or no communication from them.
Today I was supposed to receive my order, but I didn't. Status still say expect delivery on the 18th of August 2026.
