Why bother to Pre-order?
I am worried. This is my second complaint in a month and it concerns me! Your service is always impeccable and I have been let down AGAIN. I pre-ordered a PS4 game, order ID ***. It was to be delivered on Friday 27 March. Under my orders tab it even shows delivery for friday. It is now Monday 30th, and no delivery. No phone call or sms. It still says \awaiting milkrun"whatever that means. This may sound petty"

We're really sorry for not delivering to you as expected & know the whole reason behind pre-ordering is to get the game on release. If we expect any delays we usually notify customers as soon as we become aware of it, as we know, especially with games, there's quite a bit of anticipation to receive it.
We'll get our complaints team to investigate this matter & see if any attempts were made to contact you & to confirm why there was a delay. We'll also try & get the delivery back on track soonest. Please allow them a little bit of time to look into this after which we'll be in touch.
