I need to get through to a live human, why is this so hard to do for your business, only advertised number is for returns ***, but even it goes unanswered, and you online BOT...well you better off taking it off from your site

I subscribed for TakealotMORE, why when i try to place a new order am i being billed for deliver?, i checked my TakealotMORE subscription status its ACTIVE, so why the deliver changes?
