Why are y'all not replacing my order???

I ordered a game and paid for it late November only to realise the product is defective. I returned it on 4th December and requested a replacement and until today, Takealot hasn't said anything; complete silence. I'm extremely disappointed in the service and experience. Takealot is the worst!!!
