I ordered a pack ofntwo pillow cases and only received one. I sent it back and requested what I ordered and paid for, only tonreceive back exactly what was sent the first time. I then sent that back again and requested a credit on my account. I received a notification that it had been credited but there is no credit showing on my account. There is no way to contact a person at Takealot, and the chat bot is useless.
