******* who don't care about Client service or satisfaction

This company is not trustworthy!! We placed an order and received a delivery date. The entire day we were updated that the delivery is out and will reach us before 5pm. Now at 7pm they changed the delivery date for our items to the 28th, which is 4 days too late as this was a Christmas gift!!! We cannot cancel the order as they do not refund but rather give you a voucher to the value of you purchase. This is unacceptable and they want to call themselves professional and trustworthy. This when they cannot even keep their word. People I will be going to all social media platforms and ask for support so we can boycott these so called giants that believe they have the right to do with customers as they please!! It is time we stand up for what is right!! This is absolutely BS and I will never again support these *********** *******!!!!!
