Where's my refund

I order headboard from them paid for only to receive an email telling me that the product could not be sourced from the supplier. Automatically they put the money into credit without asking me. Now I send a refund request on the 4th June and was supposed to be refunded within 3-7 even now dololo. This ******* I dnt want anything from them I want my money back.
