Where's my money?

Refund of returned goods is stated to be concluded on the site, however I have not received the funds.

Having sent a copy of my bank statement and numerous communication back and forth the feed back is 'proof of refund' from the financial team has no indication whatsoever of my banking details showing the funds processed into my account.
