Where is the rest of my order?

So I placed an order on 26 August. 1st got advised that one of my items - that showed as in-stock - was being delayed from the supplier. So when it was eventually shipped, my parcel arrived this morning - 07 September. However, when the parcels were received and opened, I found that 6 of my 25 items ordered were not sent. And no communication was received to advise item was not available or delayed. To say I am unimpressed is an under statement. I called and was advised it should take about 24 hours to resolve the query - but could be sooner. I WANT SOONER.
