Where is the after service

I ordered a Volkano fitness watch and it worked well till I realized that been a watch the date and time would be changing .Started from the beginning and no connection with my phone ...worked well and be accurate till I connected back with my phone ..There we go again .Tried to contact takealot and could have a small discussion to ascertain the problem .NO JOY whatsoever .No I would like to give them a last chance ...
