WHERE IS MY REFUND ?

You guys told me that my refund will be paid within 7-9days and i've been waiting for 2 weeks now!I returned cables cause they were not compatible ,now I requested to be refunded but it's not reflecting in my bank statement meaning i've not received it so please refund me !
