Where is my refund!!!

#Takealot I searched on your app under “SMART TV’s” and ordered a TV that came up under that description!!! The TV was then taken out the box, and plugged in. Only to be told it WASNT a SMART TV!! In the interim the original box got thrown away!! I contacted you and spoke to a man by the name of Sezar who reassured me it wouldn’t be a problem as long as the TV was bubble wrapped and wasn’t damaged! The TV was bubble wrapped and put in another box stuffed with bubble wrap all around to ensure it wouldn’t get damaged! You have now sat with my money as well as the TV for over 3 weeks and after numerous emails to you I get told my refund got rejected because the TV was not in it’s original box!!! This is unacceptable!! YOUR staff told me it wouldn’t be a problem!!
