WHERE IS MY PARCEL TAKEALOT? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Takealot, where is my parcel? You guys are ****s. How can u say on your app that the recipient was not available to take delivery? When I even missed work today just so that I could be home and receive my parcel. I even paid extra for express delivery. No calls, no message, yet u said I was not available? Why are u lying? If your guys couldn't make it u could have just said it and apologize and give me back the express fee. Now, tell me, where is my parcel? My order #***

For your own information, I have encountered this in almost all my orders. Why? This company is messed up, u can't trust their delivery team at all.

And I'm calling and calling , these people are not picking my calls. What do I do?
