Where is my parcel?!
Hi<br> <br> From Monday I've been phoning Mr Delivery and Takealot to follow up on my order and every day you promised it will be delivered the same day. I escalated to Jason yesterday (after 4 times where you promised it will be delivered) and he again promised it will be delivered the same evening. He even said that because I've been inconvenienced they will be inconvenienced and deliver it before 10pm. I phoned around 9pm and left a message for Jason and still no word from him.<br> <br> This is pathetic, stop promising delivery times and just get my parcel delivered! This is the last time I'm buying electronics from Takealot. Did you lost it?
