Where is my package?

I ordered a PS4 on the blue dot sale. It was scheduled to be delivered today. This morning at 8 I got a notification that they can't find the address and they would contact me to reschedule delivery. Many takealot packages have been to delivered to the address before and takealot themselves filled in the address after typing the first line. Secondly it is already 2 pm and they haven't contacted me. I have emailed and have not had anything returned. This is an expensive purchase so why am i left in the dark?
