WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?????

I have been using Takealot for a while now and up until now, I haven't had a single problem. I paid for my order on the 11th of February and my tracking information states that my package had to be shipped by the 15th of February and then it would be delivered to me by the 16th of February. Today is the 16th of February and my package has not even been shipped yet. I spent a lot of money on this package and I need it to be delivered as it is for a birthday party this weekend and other important things. I am extremely disappointed in Takealot and their poor service with regards to helping me in this matter. It seems that they may have lost my package or that they simply do not care about the customers. All they care about is getting our money and then make us wait for something that may not even be delivered. I was always a bit iffy with the idea of online shopping in SA because I never trusted people to actually deliver the products, but Takealot did make me trust them as their service was better than I could've hoped for, so what happened now? I need answers and their not giving it to me. Takealot is becoming more and more like Wish it seems. You pay for something that will never arrive. I want my package delivered today, 16 February 2022, as promised by you Takealot.!!!!!!
