Where is my order TAKEALOT.

So I bought a TV cash from Takealot. I paid for it on the 5th of May 2020 and it arrived at the courier facility FEDEX (as stated by one of their consultants via email) on the 6th of May 2020. The APP delivery date specifies that it will be delivered the 11th of May but the estimated delivery date states it will be delivered on the 13th of May 2020. I received nothing from them since and on the 14th of May I receive feedback from a mail I sent, promising me that I will receive my item on the 14th of May. I have not received anything up to date. I need an answer from whoever has the item as I paid R8000 for something I still do not have. Where is it?
