WHERE IS MY ORDER??!

I ordered something on the 27th of May 2020 and they said I would get it 2 weeks later in the 9th. It did not arrive and zi did not receive any correspondence from them telling me why and when it will be delivered. I cancelled all my plans for the day only for the order not to arrive.
