Where is my order?

My order was supposed to be delivered on 14 September 2017, I checked the order page and it still says expected delivery on 14 September

I have not received any feedback of where my order is, I have purchased alot on Takealot and I am very disappointed by this experience

I want to know where my order is and how long is it going to take for me to receive it
