Where is my order?????

I placed an order (which was a gift for someone) on May 10, 2023 & the order status changed to delivered on May 19, 2023. The only problem is that the order never reached the intended recipient & this was confirmed by a Takealot agent when I called to query. The lady I spoke to said the coordinates of where the order was delivered did not match the delivery address on the order. There is also no record of who signed for the order (it just says received by reception on the parcel). The driver did not make contact with the intended recipient either.

On May 25, 2023 when I called Takealot to query this & find out where my order is, I was informed that they were going to investigate & get back to me in a day or 2. 3 working days later, I have received no update & when I sent an email again today, I received a lousy response that they were investigating & treating my query as a matter of urgency.

What could possibly be so hard with tracking where my parcel was delivered seeing that they have the coordinates & I'd like to believe they know the driver who made the delivery. This is just turning into a nightmare
