where is my order ????

<p>Hi </p> <p>So I placed an order on takealot.com on the 30th of November 2016 and as I was placing the order the takealot App chose the delivery method for me as COLLECT, now when I noticed this error I sent emails to this guy's to say they must cancel the order as I chose the wrong delivery method.</p> <p> </p> <p>What they chose to do was change the delivery method to Deliver and I was okay with that but as the days progressed I started to see that they is no progress on the order , it is being kept at their ware house who knows why.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I tried contacting them but they could not cancel the order and said to me that it will be shipped till this day nothing has happened after multiple times trying to contact them nothing has changed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now they took my money and order and I don't know what to say to them now.</p> <p>Poor service.</p> <p>Very poor.</p>
