Where is my order

<p>I placed 2 orders with takealot.com, which were both supposed to be delivered by the 1st of December 2016, and when tracked have been enroute for delivery since the 29th of November 2016. both orders are yet to be delivered and when I enquired regarding this on the 1st I was told they'd be delivered by the morning of the 2nd and they were not I enquired again on the 2nd I was told the issue was escalated. It's the 3rd and I'm yer to receive any response regarding this, and no one has even called or informed me to tell me why.</p> <p> </p> <p># ********** </p> <p># ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>WHERE ARE MY ORDERS???</p>
