Where is my money or the product I ordered??

I Paid in full for my order, payment confirmation was provided to takealot, and yet they cancelled my order without a refund. I contacted the depot in Centurion where I should have collected the article, but they referred me to Washiela Davids. I made five calls to her cell nr, not answering any calls. I send a SMS and no reply to that either.I have lodged several calls on the E-portal with no response!!

What a frustrating experience to do business with such a lot of idiots!!
