Where is my money?

I was a seller on Takealot and I was told that I would get the first 3 months free if I fulfilled all the prerequisites. Which I did. They ended up deducting the 3 months 'rental' anyway, and when I submitted a complaint, it took weeks of "We are still investigating" and responding with no answer.

I then also paid an amount for marketing which was supposed to be displayed in my basket within 2 working days and after a month, nothing. I sent another complaint and "We are still investigating" was the response for weeks. Only to receive a reply that they could not locate the money even though I sent them proof of payment.

In mid-January I placed an order for 3 items which I purchased and was informed a week later than one of the products was cancelled and that I would receive a refund. More than a week later, no refund.

But when monies are due to them, they are quick to deduct.

So Takealot, where is my money?
