WHERE IS MY ITEM??? WHERE IS MY REFUND!!!!

2020/03/15 - I order a very expensive item for my wife's birthday 2020/03/20 - Item arrives - my wife is happy 2020/04/10 - I log a return with TakeAlot for a defective product, used it 3 times before it stops working 2020/05/11 - TakeAlot cancels the return due to their own error and TakeAlot logs a new return 2020/05/20 - after several notifications and reschedules about collections, TakeAlot eventually collects the item from my house 2020/06/01 - between the collection date and this date, I receive 10 SMS notifications indicating that my item will be collected. On 1 occasion a courier even calls me to tell me he is at my house to collect even though THEY ALREADY COLLECTED THE ITEM

2 Weeks have passed since the item was collected at my house, I've logged several tickets with their "help" center with ZERO response!!!

WHERE IS THE ITEM THAT THEY COLLECTED FROM MY HOUSE AND MORE IMPORTANTLY WHERE IS MY REFUND!!!!!
