Where is my GOODS! Order #***1

I ordered a heater from Takealot and the delivery date was set for Tuesday 10th June, the item never arrived however the item I ordered the previous day has, I contact takelot via mail yesterday and the response felt very generic, "I have to forward this onto another department"

The status for my delivery still states 10th June 2020, no tracking info has been update, WHERE IS MY GOODS!
