Where do I forward these medical bill I had to cover?!

Yesterday a Mop I bought from Takealot served me with severe finger injuries, had to rush to the hospital for the amount of blood I lost I was stitched and had to cover the medical bills! I need to escalate this how do I get in touch of your vendor? The Hub home? I need this to get urgent attention, or else I’m involving the media and more people to send through complaints and bad ratings !!!! I’m not letting this go I’m in pain
