Where do I even start
I've ordered a large number of things from Takealot and never had a problem until now, but I am so ******ously ****ed off, I'm giving them a blast. I'm simultaneously waiting on the phone to speak to a live person, but instead I've got some scratchy metalhead music that is purposely designed to be so irritating that your head explodes before you even get an actual person. It seems the wheels have come off Takealot after so-called Black Friday. The items I ordered last week arrived on Tuesday, except I don't need a vacuum cleaner since I already have a perfectly good one. Someone in Kuruman has a very dusty house and is probably as ******ously ****ed off as I am. I do, however really need the cat food I ordered, because if you don't feed cats on a regular basis, they get a horrible revenge and they know where you live. I have lots of cats and I ordered a ****load of food because the bags are heavy and I'm a bit old now. No cat food, no cat litter and my house is starting to smell quite bad. So I put in a complaint, got an email that my cat food would be delivered on Thursday, so OKay. Then I got a call from someone who said I should have taken photographs of the vacuum cleaner I didn't order and sent back because now there was a problem. Where's the friggin cat food I ordered, I asked (sort of) sweetly. Call you back in 5 minutes, she said and disappeared into a poef of smoke. So I put in another online complaint. Email from Mikhail with a promise to sort out my problem, immediately followed by "Rate Mikhail", errrrrr. Then a call from Amiena, who would escalate the query and call me back. I love that word escalate, it sounds like they take you so seriously that they're going to escalate your query up to someone who is actually going to help you. Haha, you silly naive old bint. I could not stand any more of that music so I hung up and wow, got a call from Rowan to say my cat food was lost in transit (damn you cat highwaymen), if she escalates (that word again) I can have my cat food on Monday. Bwahahahahaha. By Monday the cats will have chewed off my face. After giving her a blast, I got Umar, who repeated what she said, but at least promised to tell me WHEN it's going to come so I don't have to sit in the house any more with my nose pressed hopefully up against the glass. I now have to get in my car and go to the supermarket 46 km away through roadworks to avoid my cats ****ing me and tearing my flesh from my bones. Thanks Takealot, I'm not giving you another chance, no siree and my cats say Pffff, meow to you too.
