Where did my Discovery miles/ money go to ?

Order #***. I ordered on the night of Tuesday 8 Aug 2023. I used Discovery Miles. Got a message: " awaiting payment". I tried to pay again but it showed 0 miles ( there was about (R 900.00 . I phoned the bank and they said the miles/ money has not been used but were reserved for 24 hours. I tried 24 hours later and there will no Discovery miles. One of the items I ordered was R150.00 and it's now R200. 00 . The bank has now told me that they will lodge a dispute but it will take 5 days to resolve
