Where are my AIRPODS ****ALOT

I wish I could give you a zero star review!

I preordered a 15 pro max from takealot the morning that the preorder was released. The reason I bought from takealot and not from Istore was because Takealot had a special that was buy your iPhone and receive free airpods.

When the delivery of my phone came no airpods. I started then asking questions and since then it’s like being put in a washing machine on the fastest spin cycle over and over again!

Either the person respnding knows nothing about what I am speaking about and what special and the other half are implicating you TAKEALOT in *****. The most recent act of kindness from your staff has been “sorry but the offer was only for the first 100 buyers and you are not a winner” WHAT EFFING WINNER????

I have an image of the original advert and nowhere did it say it was the first 100 AND by your own staffs emails you accidentally oversold and that’s why you didn’t send them! Because I did not enter a competion I bought a promotion and the promotion clearly states that I am entitled to AirPods!!!

So put it this way takealot, i am really lucky to know the founders of the core group in South Africa and I cannot wait to let the Isikovitch family know how you *****ulently stole clients from them because you advertised falsely. Also please do not misunderstand me I can easily go and but AirPods cash, but now it has become a principle thing where you lie and ***** from your competitors.

Lucky me I have an assistant who instead of sitting on facebook in her free time will now sit and fill in documents with the consumer protection FUN times!

Also I warned your stuff I will take you through all options to review how bad and ******* you are!!!!
