When will I get my refund❓❓❓❓

I am very disappointed in the customer service of Takealot especially the accounts department, I cancelled my order on Tuesday requested for a refund, nobody has even bothered themselves to contact me and manage my expectations in terms of when will I get my funds back and what kind of refund do I preferred instead I’m dealing with a robot or whoever Nazly.V is this person or robot never responds with a proper mail stating what you have asked.

Can somebody please call me and advise when will I get back my refunds cause I need my back back into my account Takealot😭😭😭
