When we have your money , you are not our problem
<p>I pre ordered an item on Takealot , and old arcade game from yesteryear , paid almost R1000 for it -only now to receive the product -and to find out it can’t be used because there is a 5v/ia output ac adaptor with usb port that is not included in the box , leaving the product useless , took it up with Takealot -as no ware on the description was this mentioned , only to be told it has been added now on the website -but the supplier say it was not mentioned as it is not in the box , really ?? don’t you think it should be the other way around , that if this is needed to play the games , that the customer should know this before they buy it -as stipulated in the consumer act ??!!! -now they don’t have the adaptor with the usb port -and also don’t know where to get it , poor , pathetic is not a strong enough word</p>

How Takealot can have a person , like the one I had to deal with yesterday , work with customers that’s already upset , I won’t ever understand , he was rude , screamed at me , talked over me and then thought to treat me like an idiot , thinking I did not catch his remark about “ I how he would feel if someone did that to him “ I’m returning the item , also cancelling the 4 current orders I have with Takealot and you won’t get my money ever again
