When things to wrong they really go wrong

When things to wrong they really go wrong. I did not receive all the items in a order due to a warehouse mistake. I can understand that. But then fix the problem and send the missing items. That is something takealot can not get. They have now tried 2 times to order the missing items but this keeps failing because they want me to pay for the items again. Please just fix your mistake
