WhatsApp video call

Had an exchange scheduled for delivery today

The delivery guy calls via WhatsApp, unable to take same as my package (WhatsApp data) doesn't allow for me to take the call

what happened to the courtesy call made by the delivery guy, just like every other delivery service

why does he call via WhatsApp

then get a message indicating they attempted to deliver however same wasn't successful

couldn't he have at least sent me a message via the WhatsApp indicating as to where he is , how far he is and when he will be coming instead of calling me via WhatsApp?

if this is the new way of delivering items I definitely will no longer be using your services

I'm not happy at all
