Whats the point...

If i could give a zero i would a month ago i asked if i could send my phone back for a regund as i would like to buy a device 4 times this one's price needless to say they refused...now i got the device back with no box no charger and no sim tray... its been 6 days i have been sending e mail after email no response... i cant do anything with the phone...
