What's happening to takealot??

I've ordered products from takealot. One of the products was not the correct product and was sent back 16 August. I've been waiting since then to get feedback from takealot. I've phoned almost every day to follow up on the incorrect product that they have sent. I'm leaving for holiday without the product. This is not what I'm use to. Really disappointed. Return refferance RRN-2b86-1c8b
