Return collection was arranged for Monday 7th with reference MRRN-T5WZA-YBV6. The interaction was closely followed by "Please rate our service requests" The VASELINE was collected as arranged on Monday morning for further investigation. Since then Not A WORD. This was meant to be a gift for my wife. Now Takealot simply ignore emails, I have no recourse and not even the Vaseline. I have been shafted.
