<p>I logged a return in January for my machine l had bought in December. It was picked up in time but the status online still says COLLECTION SCHEDULED. deal with your dead systems and exchange my machine please. After all l have written on Twitter there is no response. </p> <p> </p> <p>May l get another machine. I shouldn't even be begging you because l paid you in full. </p>
