What out for opened items

<p>I ordered a parcel from Takealot. They used to be reliable and dependable, but now I will really be deperate to use them. The item I order was going to take 2 weeks to deliver. So I said fine. At 3pm the afternoon it was supposed to be delivered, they emailed me to tell me that it would take another 2-3 days. Why they did not tell me before I really don't know.</p> <p>Finally the package is received and I take it to a client to be installed. We open the Takealot package and the contents is not sealed. We open up that and there are components missing.</p> <p>I have told takealot that they have sold me an opened good.</p> <p>They inturn instead of making good, get a response from their supplier saying that it was sealed.</p> <p>So use them at your own risk. They sell reused/opened/refurbished goods at full price!!</p>
