What is wrong with Takealot?

3 months ago Takealot was the best online retail in terms of service and delivery. Fast, efficient, and convenient. Now all that is just like dream. About a month ago I ordered a screen protector which was delivered broken. Returning it was a huge hassle, which took more than a week. On the 19th of September the return was finally concluded, a new order was created with a delivery set on the 6th of October. Even though this was very long time, I still waited patiently. The 6th past and the delivery was moved to the 11th of October. No notification was sent to me or an apology, I only saw this on the app when I tried to track my order. After making an enquiry on their Facebook page, they then sent an sms stating that the delivery was rescheduled. Today it is the 12th of October and on their app, it still says that the delivery will be made on the 11th of October.
