What is the problem!!!

I have 2 orders ready for collection. I am waiting on the third one to be ready to collect. This is ridiculous. All items were in stock in Cape town before I ordered and I made sure to double check it as I need this before Christmas!!!!! Can't get a hold of anyone to see what the problem is!!!!!!!!!
