What is the definitionof Guarantee?
According to Wikipedia:
Guarantee is a legal term more comprehensive and of higher import than either warranty or "security". It most commonly designates a private transaction by means of which one person, to obtain some trust, confidence or credit for another, engages to be answerable for him.
Letter we wrote to takealot without any feedback.
To whom it may concern
Referring to the attached screenshot. We would like to get clarity of what is stated by "Guaranteed Same Day" delivery. What is the Guarantee? And what happens if this Guarantee is NOT honored?
We placed the order yesterday morning for same day delivery. Surely if there was a problem as stated by Takealot that NO driver was available. Surely yourselves could have contacted us in this regard.
Furthermore we had contacted Takealot and offered to collect the item at your depository. Which we were informed was NOT allowed.
Please clarify how all this could be a problem.
We have offered numerous solutions to the so called problems and obstacles Takealot was facing Yesterday 18 September 2019. But all our solutions was counter attacked or blocked with more problems / excuses.
Be sure that this will NOT be left here as we will take you on your Guarantee for same day delivery. a Refund or will not do the trick. Neither will a credit to our Takealot account. For we will not make use of Takealot or Mr Delivery again.

They supp**** me with a version of the TV A6100 which is not an Android TV at a price of R5924.
Why they sell these outdated TV's is anybody's guess. I bought my girlfriend at the time a Hisense B7200 50" 4K UHD Android TV at Makro for R5900.
Now the point I am trying to make is that Takealot could have sold me the android TV for the same price or even a little more. We the public do not have the technical information and do know the difference between the TV's until it's too late.
Why would the sell the older model if the new model is available.
I have endless fights as per my Hisense reviews on Hellopeter.com to sort out the problem.
Takealot and Hisense should be avoided at all cost.
Rather contact Makro and buy Samsung products online.
Makro consultants are on standby to give advice and ensure the best service and products as well as information on outdated products and what not to purchase.
