What is so difficult to understand??

We bought three items from Takealot, 2 boxes of Pampers and a Cassette converter. The total cost was about R 950 So we waited for the stuff after first having issues with the courier company. Then eventually it arrived and we got, 1 box of Pampers and 1 bag of dog food!?!<br> <br> So we checked the delivery note and saw that we simply received someone else's parcel. So we contacted Takealot to explain that to them, at first they couldn't understand and it took numerous calls to explain that to them.
