What is in the box does not correspond to what was delivered.

I ordered a Samsung LS32AM700U M7 32" UHD Smart Monitor and what is in the box clearly stated a USB-C cable. I created an issue on the Takealot website to state that it's missing. They then told me to send the product back and they'll replace it. In the same week, a friend ordered the same monitor and it arrived without the USB-C cable. I informed them of that and and they then sent me a USB-C cable that does not work with the monitor which I returned. Since then, they've updated their website to exclude the USB-C monitor with "what is in the box" and are now telling us that it was never the case, even when I included that information in the initial call I logged. It has now been a month without any solution from Takealot and the customer service has been appalling to say the least.
