WHAT IS GOING ON WITH TAKEALOT? EVERYTHING BROKEN OR WRONG!

I am so angry with Takealot. This is the THIRD time in a row that I am hugely disappointed. I ordered 6 crystal glasses for my husband's birthday. This was delivered this morning without adequate packaging and one of the glasses was obviously broken. The previous time I ordered a bedspread and received somebody else's parcel and then to be advised that the product I ordered was not available anymore. Before that I ordered a Christmas present for my grandson which I was advised three days before Christmas that it was not available. Every time my account gets credited and when I make a purchase it is a bigger catastrophe than before. What is going on with Takealot? It used to be such a pleasure received parcels from Takealot but lately it seems that their service is going down the tubes like everything else in this country! I am a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER and will not order form Takealot again (only after my latest credit, for the third time) has been spent, if we ever get there because at this rate it seems like I just keep money in Takealot, order something, return it, and then try again. This is such a shame!
