WHAT IS GOING ON WITH TAKEALOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my first time purchasing anything from Takealot after I've heard only good things about them. I've waited more than two weeks only for two items. On Friday the 5th Nov Courier It phoned me to let me know that my package is not only in a different city but a different province and that my package will only be arriving on Monday 8th of Nov, well I'm still WAITING!!!! Takealot didn't even send any notification to let me know that the package will be late, on the App it is still being delivered on Friday the 5th Nov???? how it that even possible

I have purchased the items from Takealot...so it is than Takealot's responsibility to make sure the Courier company gets the right delivery address.. and it's their responsibility to make sure IT'S DELIVERED ON TIME!!!!!

They were so fast to take the money out of my account but yet not so fast to deliver what has been paid for!!!!

PLEASE IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN HELP ME because Takealot doesn't seem to care😭
