What is going on????

I am a serial buyer of takealot products I ordered 3 things the other day and asked for it to be delivered to a pickup point The order was ready for collection and I went through Only to open one of the boxes and find that it was not one of the items I ordered or paid for!! What surprised me is I was not the only one Another customer was also advising the agent that what he got is not what he ordered What happened?? This cost me money in sense of the petrol I used Now I must wait till you fix the problem and let me know when I can get the item I paid for
