What is going on at Takealot?

What is going on at Takealot??? Their customer service is appalling! They even seem to have switched off their own Customer care line - the *** number permanently goes to voice mail. The tracking on their parcels doesn't work except for "parcel has left the warehouse". Their delivery date seems to be an rough estimate which they are not able to fulfill. They say my parcel was lost or damaged in transit, so they can replace it. It was so late, I had long left that address. I requested a new delivery address for the replacement. I sent 5 emails to confirm the new address before they shipped the replacement. They ignored me and shipped the item to the old address. Unbelievable incompetence.
